  • This technique consists of massaging the area (in an outward direction) using suction, which helps drain the fluid retained in the cells. This is done with a small device formed of a sterile, transparent cup which is used to suction the adipose tissue. The cup is placed on the area with cellulite and programmed to start gently suctioning. 

  • You should drink plenty of water during and after vacuum therapy to help eliminate the adiposities that are released with the urine. You should also avoid fatty and sugary foods, as well as excess flour and salt, which can slow down the elimination process
